Prices on StitchGlimpse.com and in my Ravelry store are listed in Euros (EUR/€).
Prices in my Payhip store and my LoveCrafts store are listed in American Dollars (USD/$).

All files with patterns and instructions presented on StitchGlimpse.com are available for purchase using PayPal platform. Once you click buy now button you will get a pop-up window with your shopping cart. You can use coupon codes from Ravelry; however, if you wish to use Payhip promotions, you need to buy directly from my Payhip store.
When you are ready to pay, click checkout now button to be redirected to the PayPal payment page. You do not need to have PayPal account to pay for my products; it is possible to pay with a credit card.
Contact me if you encounter any issues with your payment. In exceptional cases, I can accept bank transfers.
According to the EU regulations related to digital products’ sales, files with patterns and instructions sold to customers from European Union countries will have VAT added on top of the listing price at the checkout. The VAT percentage is chosen automatically based on the country from which the purchase is made.

DELIVERY

All patterns and instructions presented on StitchGlimpse.com are saved as PDFs and set up for an instant download. Once your payment is cleared, you will receive a message with a link to the file. You need to be able to read PDF format on your device in order to take full advantage of the purchased product.
If you have a Ravelry account, the patterns purchased from my website or my Ravelry store will be automatically stored in your Ravelry library and eligible for all future updates.
If you purchase patterns from my Payhip store or my LoveCrafts store, the PDF files will be automatically added to your library on those platforms and eligible for all future updates. Automatic updates are not available directly from me if you purchase my patterns outside of my website, Ravelry, Payhip or LoveCrafts.
To check on current versions, please refer to your file name with the date when browsing though the → errata section.

RETURNS
digital products
All digital products, including patterns and instructions are non-refundable. Once your payment is cleared, the purchased file is ready for download and the transaction is finalized. It is not possible to return the file or exchange the purchased pattern for another file after the payment is processed.
Should you face any technical difficulties with the file download, contact me within 24 hours of the download issue.
printed patterns
Unless agreed otherwise, all printed publications are offered to pre-order and prepared especially for ordering party. That is why these are not subject to refunds, returns or exchanges.
Should your order arrive damaged or incomplete, contact me within 24 hours from receiving the package, and I will look into the matter as soon as possible.
